We’re James and Rosie. Maltby & Co. is a place for us to document progress – not the glossy, finished kind, but the honest, in-between stages.

We’re renovating our home while working full-time and raising two kids, which means most days are busy, slightly chaotic, and far from perfect. We’re learning as we go, making decisions we hope we won’t regret, and accepting that doing things properly often takes longer than planned.
